Initial Training
Whether you are new to the financial services industry or are transitioning your practice from another firm, our goal is to make sure that you receive the tools and resources necessary to be successful with Strategic Financial Group. Our Rising Leaders Training Academy is a week-long program designed to prepare you for a thriving career in financial services.
Ongoing Development
You will receive ongoing training and development designed to take your practice to the next level via weekly group training, one-on-one coaching, and study group-style learning.
Continuing Education & Development
We believe that the best professionals are the ones who are continuously learning; therefore, we provide opportunities for in-house continuing education led by specialists in the field. Through our affiliation with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (Strategic Financial Group), we have access to the American College of Financial Services and encourage obtaining professional designations. Some designations currently supported are LUTCF, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, MSFC, ChSNC, RICP, and CFP.
Business Planing
In order to build a successful practice, you will work closely with leaders in the firm to develop a plan centered around your goals. We offer structured accountability groups to encourage collaboration and share successes.
