Susan Tasson

Susan began her career in financial services 30+ years ago. After nineteen years with Mutual of New York (MONY), she joined the Strategic Financial Group family in 2001 with JK McAndrews. Susan & JK McAndrews, the General Agent of Strategic Financial Group have worked together for over 25 of the 30 years. What makes Susan so unique is she’s held every position in the firm, with the exception of becoming a financial professional. She says she left that to the real pros! The experience working closely with JK and having exposure to all the departments over the years that supports a firm has been a more extensive learning experience recruiting experienced financial professionals, working with industry contacts that would create business development opportunities for agents as well as the firm as well has developing relationships with the home-office to assist the firm on a higher level. She became a recruiter in 1998 and continues to support Strategic Financial Group in the recruiting and selection process specializing in situational recruiting. This includes multicultural marketing and business development, women’s markets, finding & developing inexperienced and experienced financial professionals as well as specialists & managers of the firm. Susan believes that “The Ink Is Never Dry” and even though we’ve recruited an agent to join our team, you must continue as an advocate for them as they continue to grow our practice with Strategic Financial Group.   Susan is married and has two boys, Steven & Brian.
