Lena Allouche

Lena Allouche is Chief Growth Officer at Strategic Financial Group. Lena’s broad knowledge of insurance and investment products gives her clients the confidence they need when working with a financial strategist. Not only does Lena help families and business owners with their financial strategies, she is also responsible for the growth and development of other financial professionals at Strategic Financial Group. She is a graduate from the University of Houston Bauer Honors School of Business. She received her BBA in Finance and a certification in Risk Management and Insurance. Lena is currently working on her Masters of Arts in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Lena is passionate about her community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Houston Women’s Resource, a 501c3 organization that strives to help women and girls make choices towards becoming independent, productive, and financially stable. She was recently named a 2022 Role Model by The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Lena has served on the Board of Directors for Friday Harbour, a 501c3 organization that provides temporary housing for families and patients undergoing cancer treatment at the Texas Medical Center. She served as the Chairman Elect for Graduate Growth Group and led the Acceler8 committee for the organization; an organization that focuses on bringing together business owners and graduate-level professionals through soft-skills programs. Lena is also a member of the Greater Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Institute and a member of United Way’s Project Blueprint Class XXXVII.
