Chloe is joining our firm as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and will work with Susan and Lena to help us continue to find great talent as well as coordinate training efforts. Chloe Wick was born and raised in The Woodlands, Texas, and she attended Baylor University, ultimately earning a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Upon graduation, Chloe moved to Washington, D.C. where she worked on education policy for three years. After moving back to Texas, Chloe worked as a second-grade teacher before transitioning into recruiting. Prior to joining Strategic Financial Group, Chloe was a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a consulting firm here in Houston.
