I’ve always been a teacher at heart. Before stepping into the world of financial services, I was a high school math teacher with Beaumont ISD. Teaching gave me a front-row seat to how underserved so many families are—especially when it comes to understanding and building financial security. That’s a big part of what led me to Strategic Financial Group.
I’m a proud Lamar University grad (go Cards!) and was really involved on campus through Student Event Services and Student Engagement. I’ve always been someone who wants things to run smoothly—for people to feel supported, informed, and taken care of. That mindset carries through everything I do now in helping individuals and families plan for their futures.
I’m also incredibly passionate about community. I graduated from Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School and still call Beaumont home. My wife is deaf and super active in the deaf community, which has opened my eyes even more to the financial gaps that exist for underserved groups. One of my goals is to make sure people in the deaf community—and any community that’s been overlooked—have access to the guidance and tools they need to thrive.
At the end of the day, I’m here to help. Whether you’re just starting out or trying to make sense of a big financial decision, I want to be the kind of resource you can count on—honest, practical, and focused on what really matters to you.
